设施花卉种植基地

项目背景

近年来，河南的花卉产业发展迅速，种植面积和销售额都已跻身全国前列，成为名副其实的花卉大省。但河南花卉产业存在科技支撑不足、生产组织程度低等问题，制约其长远发展。因此，发展高附加值、规模化的设施花卉成为河南花卉业的发展方向。本项目拟建成一个集品种选育、新技术开发、应用示范以及工厂化、规模化、标准化为一体，具有先进水平的花卉种苗繁育与高新技术生产示范基地。通过加快新品种新技术的引进、开发和推广，带动花卉产业结构调整和升级换代，促进当地花卉产业持续健康发展。

项目概况

项目拟建3500亩设施花卉种植基地，主要建设智能温室和日光温室。智能温室作为名贵花卉繁育基地；日光温室种植以蝴蝶兰为主的台湾特色花卉和当地反季节花卉。

项目建设总投资2.04亿。发展花卉种植基地对促进当地农业结构调整、推动地方经济发展、满足社会对花卉苗木的需求以及促进农民增收都具有十分重要的意义，社会效益明显。

Flower Planting Base with Facilities

I. Project background

In recent years the Henan flower industry has developed rapidly as flower planting areas and sales volume have ranked the forefront all over the country, and Henan province has become the true-sense flower province. However, the Henan flower industry faces such difficulties as insufficient scientific support and lower production degree that restricts its long-term development. Therefore, the development of scale flower breeding base with facilities and high-added values is the direction of the Henan flower industry. The completed project will be an advanced flower seed breeding and high & new technological production demonstration base integrated with variety breeding, new technology development, application demonstration, factory, scale and standardization. On the basis of quickening up the introduction, development and promotion of new varieties, the base will bring along the flower industrial structural adjustment and upgrading, and promote the sustainable healthy development of local flower industry.

II. Project overview

The project will be a flower planting base with facilities, occupying the total floor area of 3500mu that is mainly composed of intellectual greenhouse and sunlight greenhouse, of which the intellectual greenhouse is mainly used for famous flower breeding base and the sunlight greenhouse is applied for the breeding of Taiwan characteristic flowers such as butterfly orchid and local anti-season flowers.

        The total project investment is 204 million yuan. The development of flower planting base has quite significant meanings and social benefits to promote local agricultural structure adjustment, promote local economic development, satisfy social demands and increase farmers’ income.
